Our role is to connect contractors with potential clients by providing leads. We do not evaluate or endorse contractors, their offerings, or any transactions between contractors and their customers.
2. Contractors and Leads
Contractors who use our Service are not employees, agents, or representatives of Ocala Land Clearing. They operate independently and are not under our control. The contractors are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and insurance and for adhering to applicable laws or regulations.
3. Payments
Contractors are solely responsible for negotiating and receiving payments for their services. Ocala Land Clearing is not involved in or responsible for payment transactions between contractors and their customers.
4. Liability
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to purchasing or using goods, services, resources, content, or other transactions connected with any third-party websites or services. You agree to bear all risks associated with using our Service and any service contracted through our Service.
5. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
